Cookie Cutter Blog was created by Aline, a Sydneysider, Public Relations/International Studies Graduate and slightly obsessed foodie who could talk to you for hours about cooking, recipes and unusual ingredients from different parts of the world.

Aline has spent time overseas in Chile, where she lived with Chilean chef (Pepe, guest writer on this blog) who taught her that the best cooking doesn’t require a recipe, but is based on a bit of basic knowledge and a lot of the right taste buds.  

Also a lover of Mexican cuisine, Aline has visited friends in Mexico and learnt that nothing can substitute traditional methods of preparation and the right fresh ingredients when it comes to cooking the perfect taco.
